Say Hello to Kip!
This handsome guy came to us because his former owners could no longer touch him.  We're not sure why he was so scared at his previous home.  When we brought him into the rescue we sent him right into his foster home.   It took him about 3 days to calm down, but he is a totally different dog.  He willing comes up to people, jumps up a begs for attention, takes treats so nicely, and is a happy dog now.  He loves to play with the other chihuahua's in his foster home.  He hasn't shown any aggression with cats.
This guy is just looking for someone to love him.
He might be shy in his new home, but give him a few days to decompress and he will become your best friend.
